Chris Boardman
Founder/President & CEO
The Missing Link is the brainchild of film composer/producer/educator and author Chris Boardman. Among his many accomplishments are an Academy Award nomination for “The Color Purple”, 6 Emmy Awards, 13 Emmy nominations, 2 University of Miami Graduate School “Mentor of the Year” nominations, ASCAP and BMI film awards and more.
His passion to eradicate the stigma of mental illness and provide a platform for people of all ages to receive treatment is fueled by his personal experiences with PTSD. His 40 years of experience manipulating the emotions of film audiences and subject matter expertise of how the brain reacts to music, breath and movement serves as the foundation of The Missing Link project.

Dr. Herman Williams is a motivational speaker and recognized leader in healthcare administration, hospital management, and healthcare consulting. “It took me 26 years of enduring pain and overcoming challenges to understand and appreciate the simple joys of life. Now, I spend most of my time cherishing my family and friends and doing inspirational work that helps thousands of people receive safe and reliable healthcare across America every day.”

Nio Queiro

Nio Querio is a multifaceted and transformative executive with extensive experience leading positive change across hospitals and healthcare systems. She brings 33 years of experience as a revenue cycle management executive.
During her career, she has created cultures of trust, transparency, accountability, and validation by developing and empowering high-performing teams of critical thinkers who are dedicated to enhancing patient outcomes. Further, I drive revenue and ensure operational alignment with organizational objectives by identifying opportunities to implement cutting-edge technologies and mitigate performance gaps.

James Lakes
Chief Growth Officer
James' journey from being a professional sports athlete to a business athlete has been energizing, enlightening and empowering. For James the word TEAM (Together Everyone Achieves More) is not simply a slogan but a way of life.
James comes to The Missing Link with 16 years experience at Microsoft, 3 years at VMware and 2 years Salesforce.com with a focus on healthcare sales. As a business strategist, revenue officer and operations/productivity specialist, James will be a valuable member of The Missing Link management team.

Alfie Payne
IT Consultant/ data management
Alfie Payne has a strong background in software development, system architecture, compliance and digital marketing. As a member of the Missing Link team Alfie is responsible for designing and executing our automated patient onboarding, patient record retrieval and music search/curation software. As The Missing Link expands so will Alfie's role with respect to compliance, privacy, data security and platform iteration and maintenance.

Kimberly Sena Moore
Music Therapy Consultant
Professor Moore is a board certified music therapist and Associate Professor and Coordinator of the Music Therapy Program in the Bower School of Music & the Arts at Florida Gulf Coast University. Professor Moore writes the "Your Musical Self" blog at Psychology Today and serves as the Regulatory Affairs Associate for the Certification Board for Music Therapists. Her research has been published in the Journal of Music Therapy, Music Therapy Perspective, Imagine, and Frontiers in Human Neuroscience and featured in Psychology Today, Redbook, and CURE.

John Pattyson
Director/Creative Consultant
3X Emmy Award winning director and acknowledged leader in new visual technology
Specialties:
Use of new technology (VR/360 degree videos, 3D and live-streaming) in creating content and full programs.Have produced close to 2500 hours of Network, Cable and Syndicated programs. Digital production and use of social media and directed promotional music videos for Tina Turner, Will Smith, Michael Bolton & Barbara Streisand.

John (Jay) Bingle
Management/Business Development Advisor
John (Jay) Bingle has diverse and extensive experience as an executive, corporate director and entrepreneur. For over 30 years, Jay has been an executive and a consultant, developing strategies and business plans for companies including The Turner Company and International Paper Co.
In 1980, he was named senior vice president of administration and strategy for Paine Webber, leaving to serve as president of the consulting and products group of insurance company Alexander & Alexander. In 1984, Jay was named corporate vice president for administration and special initiatives of media leader Time, Inc.
Jay left Time in 1986 to found Capital Consulting & Research, Inc., which provided a full range of consulting, research and market assessment services. Known for its innovative, cutting-edge approach to problem resolution and strategic analysis, CCR was acquired in 1998 by Young & Rubicam Inc., one of the world’s leading advertising agencies. Young & Rubicam then named Jay Chairman and CEO of its direct marketing unit, Wunderman Inc. He directed more than 5,000 employees and more than 80 offices in over 40 countries. After leaving Y&R in 2001, Jay formed MarketEcho LLC, a consulting firm, and continues to serve as its CEO.

Don Leyrer is an experienced entrepreneur, former Chairman of the Social Enterprise Alliance Nashville Chapter, Health and Workforce Development and has worked as a senior executive for Fortune 100 companies.
- Served as Senior executive at American Express and Comdata/Ceridian.
- Co-founded a venture backed database marketing firm that specializes in customer analytics, data management and direct marketing solutions.
- Founding board member and Chairman of the Nashville Social Enterprise Alliance.
- Served on the Health and Workforce Development Implementation Teams of the Mayors Poverty Reduction Initiative and volunteered with CASA, as a court appointed special advocate for children that have been taken into state custody

Gregory Markel

Jim Hillin
Senior VFX Supervisor
Jim came to Los Angeles in 1979 as an artist, animator and musician. He began his career in computer graphics at a small start-up company in 1985 in Pasadena, CA. Soon thereafter he began working in the film and entertainment industry.
In 1989, Jim was hired by Walt Disney Feature Animation to become the Artistic Supervisor for CGI on “Beauty and the Beast” as part of the company's first Computer Graphics Department.
In 1993, he was hired by Jim Cameron, Stan Winston and Scott Ross to be the Director of Digital Production for the new visual effects power house, Digital Domain. There, he helped hire its first crew, created software specs, including “Nuke “ the current industry standard for compositing, and went on to work as DFX Supervisor on “Interview With the Vampire''.
In 1995, Jim returned to Walt Disney Feature Animation to head up technical and pipeline development of a new live-action animated project, called 'Dinosaur.'
In 2000, Jim was elected by his peers into the Visual Effects Branch of the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences.
Jim has also created Visual Effects for: Robo-Cop2, True Lies, Apollo13, Aladdin, Strange Days, Looney Tunes: Back in Action, Herbie: Fully Loaded, Spider-Man2, Ghostrider, Spider-Man3, I Am Legend, Beowulf, SpeedRacer, 2012, Priest. Jack, the Giant Killer, and Indie films, Home, Birth of a Nation, The Master Cleanse, The Last Face and Suicide Squad. More recently, Jim has worked on Thor: Love and Thunder, The Lord of the Rings: The Rings of Power, and Citadel for Netflix.
Jim is a member of The Visual Effects Branch of the Academy of Motion Pictures Arts and Sciences, The Special Effects Branch of the Television Academy, The Visual Effects Society, The Animation Guild, Local 839 and has recently joined the faculty of The Syd Field Screenwriting Academy.
