End User License Agreement (EULA) for The Missing Link course

Acceptance: By accessing and using The Missing Link Self-Care Course (the “Course”), provided by CBMG Enterprises (“Company”), you agree to be bound by the terms of this End User License Agreement ("EULA").

License Grant: Subject to the terms of this EULA, the Company grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Course for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

Prohibitions: You may not:
a. Reproduce, distribute, or transfer the Course or any portion thereof to any third party.
b. Modify, adapt, or create derivative works from the Course.
c. Use the Course for any commercial purposes, including resale or redistribution.
d. Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive the source code of any software included in the Course.

No Warranty: The Course is provided "as is" without any warranties, either express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. Users are solely responsible for their progress, results, and understanding.

Limitation of Liability: Under no circumstances will the Company be liable for any damages, including direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages, arising out of, or relating to the terms or the use or inability to use the Course.

Indemnification: You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Company and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Course or violation of this EULA.

Termination: The Company reserves the right to terminate your license to the Course at any time, for any reason, including breach of this EULA.

Governing Law: This EULA is governed by the laws of [Country/State], without regard to its conflicts of law principles. All disputes arising out of or in connection with this EULA shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in [City, Country/State].

Entire Agreement: This EULA constitutes the entire agreement between you and the Company and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous understandings regarding the Course.

Amendments: The Company reserves the right to modify this EULA at any time. Continued use of the Course after such modifications signifies your acceptance of the updated EULA.
